  • A good two weekends ago

8th of december....wow i'm actually blogging about two weeks ago's events . Its saturday, went to Tj Aru beach and ate alone..yes alone. Which is a peace of mind. After that headed to Nelson's youth at Calvary.

Had good time. After that we went to Shen and meet up with my other 5 friends who's there since 9.30pm. I really had some great booze namely whisky. I drank two kicks* from the persuasion of my friends. Sighs they know i need to drive dont they? lolz but nah i over-estimated those two glasses of pure alcohol. Had another 4 glasses of mixed juice and whisk.Chatted and met up with nel's friend Tya and another lady friend of theirs.

That night was packed like never before. the band whos playing and singing was superb. Great music great sound system which is deafening, yes i've mentioned it before . Teens as young as 15 were inside, smoking and drinking. But never for me. Smoking doesnt run in my blood. Nelson was really drunk and went out telling me hes wasted and nearly blackout lol..once in a bluemoon aye? So we call it a night.

Alright, The next day. SUNDAY!. Was Tiffany Ang's birthday bash in Atlantis Bistro at waterfront. Buffet style, whew delicious.Talked and chatted and met new friends and oh another 3 cans of Carlsberg...sighs 2days in a row of alcohol. How healthy . Aha..so we danced and danced and had fun. It was my 1st formal dance too though with multiple females.. females? lol ok so theres photo session and two types of cakes...whew cheese and choco moose cake..mm mmm. I love going to to brithday parties now =D.

so yea...we took turns to write her memory booklet (what does that call?) ah yea...just to sum it all up after two good nights out ^_^ ....till then..to be continue at the next update =D.

  • a wonderful night of experience?

Its 1.45am now and its 1st of december...ushering the coming festive mood of december with some fun just then. Clubbing i should say. But not that much of movements in Shen . IT was friggin crouded we cant even hold our glass of booze with ease. The music was good enough for long term deafening, which is a good thing to help u forget everything.....sighs i'm not sure if it was me or that i'm not used to or dislike the smell of the smoke when they huff and puff as if lung cancer never exist.

ah hanged around..ordered a glass of vodka. Believe me this is the 1st time i drank vodka and its not even a quarter of the glass and its RM19. But the alcohol was strong enough for a bottle of chivas. Ah had some Chivas beer too. A pint of it. It was nothing when i get a taste of chivas. Was just nice.

Met some ladies. hmm....seen junkies and wussies all over..chicks and the norturners of twilight go fuzzing and gathered around. Was indeed dressing to kill. Not bad afterall for sabahans lol.

earlier went to jugs met up with manda and her gf and the gf's friends. Well big comparison between Shen and jugs. Guys its a once in a blue moon thing ya'll should expose yourself with some of that. Jug's more of a chill out and relax club.

hm yeh. guess i'll call it a day now goodnite.

  • A dedication to one of my close friends and my friends with doubts in faith ^_^

As we live every second of our lives and making more decisions for what we're going to do in future as we get older every second, minute and day, each day we strive to be a better person, the crave for improvement and self-fulfillment is a never ending journey of discovery and gratification for the most of us.

Once again i'd like to emphasize on the three most important aspects and most craved values a human being with brains would seek for ultimately in his/her entire live.(Acceptance, acknowledgement, and understanding).Everyone around the world and no matter who we are or what our goals may be,these three things are the desires everyone seek in live.Acknowledgement is a great motivator, and thats the reason why we have so many awards given in so many areas of our lives. Best salesmen, best actor, best sportsman, recognition for the high achievers...etc.The need for acceptance is an innate, psycological, social demand that has been with us since the beginning of time. We tend to seek approval and attention from our peers and gravitate towards groups and seek acceptance from those group members. Finally, there is a need to be understood, as understanding is one of the key components in all healthy and loving relationships.

But, in all these things, if we dont have a sense of belonging spiritually and discovering the purpose of our lives, its a futile self-fulfillment that we only live to please and serve the world. For there is no purpose and righteous path for us. My dad once told me that everyone living on this earth, is heading to the same direction. We're all going to say goodbye to the world someday and we could bring nothing out with us.

Theres this pastor from west Malaysia who came to eklektos youth and gave a sermon about  "no turning back, and vows." He mentioned that us youths are always so tempted and energetic that we would always want to seek and try something new and exciting. So he reminds us that when we actually walk in the light of God which surpasses all transgressions and walking in truth, We must never turn back nor look back at the world and temptations that lead us to sin. We dont seek for guidance and pray and cry out to God and wandering off in the middle of it and look back with our hearts full of doubts and unwillingness to let go the tempting fun-ness. We dont get real salvation through anxiousness but will be tempted by the devil. (Psalms 119:105 - For your word is a lamp to my feet & a light for my path). And by making vows, we will try our best to stand firm in the Word of God and disciplining ourselves to follow the righteous living.

Talking about freedom. One of the pastors in eklektos preached about true freedom. She states, when the heart of freedom is there,we will be truly free. Lets take an example. If we are given the freedom to own a gun, and we're free to shoot anyone anytime we like.Would you dare to step out a feet from our homes and loiter around town feeling secure? I dont think so.You could be dead the next moment after blinking your eyes. And, if we're given the freedom to have sex with anyone and anytime we want, what would you think? I dont think there are enough condoms for us. Therefore true freedom comes from believing in Jesus Christ with faith, spirit and truth. And by walking the talk. (Hebrews 11:1 says. Now faith is being sure of what we hope for & certain of what we do not see).

I would like to dedicate this to one of my close friends and i hope this will be a reminder and guidance for her and to my non-christian friends as well. From hereby I would like to thank my friends for spending the time to share their deepest doubts, fears and feelings of loneliness in live with me. May this be your guide and hope it'll hold true to you and all of you, and myself.

  • a start of a new day?

It is a start of a new day indeed for all of us tomorrow. What have i gained and learned from these few months in form6 had come to an end. And there are the ups and downs and the highs and lows in this few months in All Saints school. The new friends i met and schoolmates are indeed God's blessing.

Joined quite a number of different youth groups since i came to allsaints. And the number of new faces and people i met was indeed awesome. From young to old (i mean matured) lol. Learned a helluva new things and a warm and welcoming environment which my ex-secondary school cannot be compared.

Why? 1st off during the orientation week on May, the upper 6xers was with enthusiasm and energy giving their attention and time for us with planned activities. But.....only one thing that irritates our freedom and being the so-called *boss* in this school was the......SCHOOL RULES. lolz yes...

Alot wanted to switch schools. But after awhile, we seemed to be cooperating and getting used to the new systems. But the more we stay and study in that school, the more pleased and joyful we got.It is not about the school rules that we rebel against but were motivated and delighted to engage and participate in whatever the school wanted. It was actually the 1st time we appreciate and love a school of our own. lol

There were dinners and a form 6 society club which includes lots of activities involved in leadership and cooperation working together as a team. For the *what we do we carry through* school slogan reminds us again. The way the principal speaks and preaches is indeed encouraging and spirit lifting with a glow of happiness and a positive attitude from her. Everything is well organised and well planned. The prefects were strict and on duty with discipline projected in them. This school really emphasizes on the little contribution from students and gave recognition through prize and certificates distribution on a special day. Therefore students are being made important and respected. There are no secret triads or gangsterism here. For their love of this school is impacting.

Teachers and students get along well and seldom conflicts occur. They could get along so well even from the lower forms like form 1 to form 6. We have ASCF (allsaints christian fellowship) too. And today all the students went to their respective houses and had an election for the house capten and presidents of games.I'm selected as my house capten, and another lady was selected too. And our teachers discussed and planned the activities and trainings for next year. They are arranged now. Whew...

well..so far so good it has been for me.From the gossips to rumours to greetings and for all that matter, I thank God for it as theres a purpose and plan from him for the good.
